RETURN POLICY

At VVS Jewelry Co., we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Each piece is made to order, tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or flaws.

EXCEPTIONS FOR DEFECTS OR FLAWS

If your item has a manufacturing defect or flaw, you may contact us for an exchange. Please email us at hello@vvsjewelco.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate this process. We will require photographic evidence of the defect and will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS INCLUDE:

• Visible flaws in craftsmanship

• Incorrect product specifications as per order details

Please note, items returned for defects will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Exchanges are granted at the discretion of VVS Jewelry Co. upon confirming the defect.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

• Items altered by a third-party
• Custom-designed items beyond manufacturing flaws

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

1 Contact Us: Send an email to hello@vvsjewelco.com with your order details and a description of the defect. Include photographs clearly showing the defect.

2. Review: We will review your claim and, if approved, send you instructions for returning the item.

3. Shipping: You are responsible for safely packing and returning the item to us. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as VVS Jewelry Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Inspection and Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for a defect-free product.

RESIZES

COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING We offer one free resize up to one full US size, available in quarter, half, or full size increments (equivalent to two full European/UK sizes). Should your engagement ring need resizing beyond this range, it may be necessary to return or reset the ring. Please reach out to hello@vvsjewelco.com to initiate a resize.

INFINITY AND ETERNITY BAND STYLES These items are not resizable and must be returned and repurchased instead. For details on how to return these products due to sizing issues, please get in touch with us.
