I The Studio
A studio for one job.
VVS is a boutique design studio in San Jose, California, dedicated to the rings that mark a marriage. We design and make engagement rings, wedding bands, and the small set of pieces that surround them. Nothing else.
Every ring is designed for the person who will wear it. There is no inventory to choose from, and no template to start from. The process begins with a conversation and a drawing, refined through CAD, previewed in wax, and made in-house by our team.
We are not a luxury house, and we are not a retailer. We are a small studio with a single discipline, run with the care of a private design practice.

II The Scope
Four things, made well.

Custom-designed for the wearer. Lab-grown or natural diamonds, sourced specifically for you.

Matching, contoured, or eternity. Designed in conversation with the engagement ring.

Eternity bands.
For anniversaries and milestones. Always designed for the moment, never selected from inventory.

Proposal pieces.
Quietly: a small ring or piece for the proposal moment, when wanted.
And nothing else.
Necklaces, bracelets, earrings — we’ll happily refer you to a jeweler we respect.

Every VVS ring is designed before it is made — and you see it before it exists.

Conversation.
A private studio visit, by appointment. We listen first. You tell us what the ring is for; we ask the questions that good design needs.

Drawing & CAD.
We sketch, then build the ring in CAD. You see your ring rendered from every angle before a single piece of metal is cut.

Wax try-on.
A wax prototype of your design lets you wear the ring before it’s made. Adjust the proportions, the profile, the feel — until it’s right.

Made in-house.
Crafted by our team in San Jose. Lab-grown or natural stone, set by hand. Finished, polished, and inspected before you ever see it.
